Your warranties, in plain English
A warranty should be specific and written. StormBear's exact terms and sample warranty will appear here after owner confirmation; we will not invent them.
Workmanship warranty
Owner confirmation needed: length, covered installation issues, exclusions, transferability and claim steps.
Manufacturer warranty
Owner confirmation needed: available Atlas, GAF or Owens Corning tiers, registration timing and what material defects are covered.
If something goes wrong
Owner confirmation needed: named contact, phone number and expected response time. Your written warranty should say exactly how to request service.
Read before signing
- Ask what is covered and excluded
- Ask whether maintenance is required
- Keep the contract, invoice, photos and registration
- Do not rely on verbal promises
